By downloading, installing, or using Life Map, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Life Map is a travel memory application that allows you to:

• Save and organize travel memories with photos, locations, and descriptions
• View your memories on an interactive 3D globe
• Share memories collaboratively with other users
• Receive AI-powered travel recommendations
• Track travel statistics and wishlist destinations

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in with Apple to use Life Map
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

Basic features of Life Map are available for free, including creating memories and viewing them on the globe.

Premium Subscription

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create (photos, descriptions, etc.)
• By using Life Map, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates the privacy of others

6. Collaborative Features

• When you share a memory collaboratively, other participants can view and contribute to it based on the permissions you set
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared memories
• We are not responsible for content added by other collaborators

7. AI Recommendations

• AI-powered recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Travel decisions should be made with appropriate research and caution

8. Intellectual Property

The Life Map application, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Life Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Life Map.

11. Termination

• You may stop using Life Map at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
